Attorneys general announce Johnson & Johnson settlement
Attorney General Kwame Raoul joined 45 other state attorneys general in announcing a $120 million settlement with DePuy Synthes, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, over the company’s alleged unlawful promotion of its metal-on-metal hip implant devices.
