ACA sign-ups down 7 percent
Affordable Care Act sign-ups in Illinois are down around 7 percent compared to a year ago, according to preliminary data released Wednesday by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services that stretches through the open enrollment deadline of Dec. 15.
