More than 66,000 Illinoisans could buy ACA plans with no premiums
More than 66,000 uninsured Illinoisans could buy a 2019 Affordable Care Act plan without having to pay a premium after accounting for tax credits, according to an analysis published Tuesday by the Kaiser Family Foundation.
