Legislature overrides vetoes on certificate of need, Medicaid long-term care backlog
The state’s certificate of need program has been extended another 10 years, after the Senate voted Wednesday to override Gov. Bruce Rauner’s veto of the bill. The House overrode the veto earlier this month.
