Rauner signs bills boosting mental health access

Gov. Bruce Rauner signed legislation Wednesday strengthening the state's mental health parity law. It's one of five bills he signed this week aimed at increasing access to mental health treatment, earning the praise of state lawmakers, advocates and former Democratic Congressman Patrick Kennedy, founder of the Kennedy Forum.
