Davis feels “pretty strong” he’ll try to override veto on certificate of need extension

Rep. Will Davis, D-East Hazel Crest, is leaning toward trying to override Gov. Bruce Rauner’s veto on his legislation extending the state’s certificate of need program for another 10 years, he told Health News Illinois Monday.
