State sees sharp decline in ACA enrollment for those not receiving subsidies
The number of enrollees in Illinois’ individual insurance market who were not receiving tax credits from the Affordable Care Act fell 39 percent last year, while the number of people receiving subsidies stayed relatively steady. That’s according to a recent report from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
