State may request rehearing after Land of Lincoln ruling

Department of Insurance Director Jennifer Hammer anticipates requesting a rehearing after a federal appeals court ruled Thursday against shuttered Land of Lincoln’s claim it should have received more than $70 million through the Affordable Care Act’s risk corridor program.
