State provides updates on 1115 pilot projects, health homes
The state is working with federal officials to fine-tune how a series of pilots approved under the 1115 Medicaid waiver will work and plans to release details on each pilot as they become available. It also plans to start implementing integrated health homes through a separate state plan amendment in October.
