HFS halts enrollment for Blue Cross and Blue Shield for new Medicaid members

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services has issued sanctions against Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois and halted enrollment for new Medicaid managed care members because it failed to develop an adequate network. It's also out of compliance with grievance and appeals standards.
