Illinois Health Care Association taps Hartman as executive director
The Illinois Health Care Association is promoting Matt Hartman to be its next executive director. Hartman, who is the vice president of public policy for the association, will succeed David Voepel, who is leaving to head the Arizona Health Care Association.
